First off, remember: NO INAPPROPRIETE PICTURES.
Instructions:
1.Upload your image by pressing the button of a picture with a "save" icon next to it.
2.Once uploaded copy the link.
3.Click on the image icon next to the upload icon.
4.Insert the link in between the "[Img]" Things.
Done!
